تعلیمی سال 2021-22 کے لیے پاکستانی/آزاد جموں وکشمیر کے سرکاری/نجی شعبے کی یونیورسٹیوں کے فیکلٹی ممبران سے ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمشن کے پروجیکٹ کے تحت پاکستانی یونیورسٹیوں کے لیے فیکلٹی ڈویلپمنٹ پروگرام کے تحت درخواستیں طلب کی جاتی ہیں۔
سکالرشپ پروگرام سرکاری اور نجی یونیورسٹیوں/ڈگری دینے والے اداروں (DAIs) کے فیکلٹی ممبروں کو HEC سے تسلیم شدہ پاکستانی یونیورسٹیوں/DAls میں پی ایچ ڈی کی ڈگری حاصل کرنے کا موقع فراہم کرتا ہے۔ اسکالر زیادہ سے زیادہ چار (04) سالوں کے لیے اسکالرشپ حاصل کر سکتے ہیں جن میں غیر ملکی یونیورسٹی میں 12 ماہ شامل ہیں۔

Eligibility Criteria
1. Applicants must be Pakistani/AJK nationals.
2. Must have minimum 18 years of education with MS/MPhil/equivalent degree for PhD.
3. Must have two years of teaching experience in the HEC recognised universities/DAls.
4. Must have the 1 Division (in the annual examination system) or minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.0 in the final degree and no 3 Division/Grade D in the entire academic career.
5. Maximum age limit is 45 years on the closing date.
6. The faculty members who are already enrolled in PhD (before Fall 2020) or availing HEC/Government/University or any other scholarship are not eligible to apply.
7. Applicant must be a faculty member of HEC recognised university and will re-join after completion of studies as per terms and conditions of the scholarship award.
8. Visiting/adjunct faculty members are not eligible to apply.

b. An original deposit slip/ ATM transfer slip of Rs. 500/- (non-re fundable as application processing fee) must be uploaded on the HEC eportal.
c. Fee can be deposited through any bank in Account Number 1742-79001334-01 of Habib Bank Limited, Shalimar Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad.
