How to apply ?

1- Candidates should submit their applications along with the proposed form along with educational credentials, certified copies of National Identity Card Domicile Certificate and a passport size photograph.

2-Age limit is 30 years. Age limit for ex-servicemen is 45 years. In case of those belonging to Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, age limit will be reduced to three years.

 3- A Postal order of Rs. 100 with application form on which the date of issue is clear, non-refundable Attached to Commandant Central ITD Laboratory Chaklala.

4. Applications must be received within 15 days of publication.

5. Government employees should send their applications through the department.

6- The applicant has to provide the certificate that the information provided about him is absolutely correct and in case it is proved to be false, legal action will be taken against him.

7- No TADA will be given for test interview.
