The Gilgit Baltistan Rural Support Programme (GBRSP) invites applications from eligible & interested candidates to fill the short term "Consultancy" who can provide Technical support for the project titled "Tourist Village Development Plan/Homestay (TVDP/H)" in Gilgit Baltistan.

Duration:

6 Months (Non-extendable)

Educational Qualification:

Minimum PhD degree in Tourism OR M.Phil MS (18 Years) Degree in Tourism from any HEC recognized Unversity Institute. Equivalence certificate from HEC is mandatory

Experience:

• If the candidates is foreign qualified. In case of PhD), the incumbent must have 1-2 years of relevant post experience in tourism sector & its related projects.
• In case of M Phil/MS, the incumbent must have 04 years of relevant post qualification experience in Tourism sector & its related projects.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Sound knowledge and hands on experience of International and National tourism Scenario. 
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. - In-depth understanding of Socioal-economic Conditions of CB and its Tourism Potential.
• Ability to work in challenging environment with poor infrastructure.
• Ability to travel frequently when required.
