Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) –
Karachi Mobility Project
The Government of Sindh is seeking a
qualified professional for the Karachi
Mobility Project (BRT Yellow Line). This project is funded by international
lending agencies and offers a dynamic work environment.
Position: Quantity Surveyor (01 Post)
Eligibility Criteria:
·
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
or a related field from an HEC recognized university. Higher education will be
an added advantage.
· Experience: Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in Quantity
Surveying.
· Preference: Candidates with practical experience
in multinational or donor-funded infrastructure projects and international work
experience will be preferred.
· Technical
Skills: Proficiency
in MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD, and other relevant Quantity Surveying
software.
· Membership: Professional membership or training from recognized industry organizations is a plus.
Important Details:
· Nature of Appointment: Purely contractual/temporary (Yearly renewal based on
performance).
· Regularization: These positions do not carry any right to permanent
government service or regularization.
·
