Career Opportunities: Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)
Project: "E-procurement Across Punjab":
The Government of the Punjab
invites applications from qualified and eligible professionals for the
following positions on a contract basis for the duration of
the project.
Open Positions:
1.
Data Analyst / Assistant (01 Post)
o Max Age: 35 Years
o Education: 16 Years of Education (BS/MSc) in
Computer Science, IT, Science, or related field from an HEC recognized
institution (Min. 2.5 CGPA).
o Experience: Minimum 2 years in designing and
developing web-based applications.
o Skills: Proficiency in PC software/tools
and strong communication skills.
2.
Computer Operator (02 Posts)
o Max Age: 30 Years
o Education: 14 Years of Education
(BA/BSc/B.Com) from an HEC recognized institution.
o Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
preferred.
o Technical Skills: 40 wpm typing
speed and proficiency in MS Office.
3.
Driver (01 Post)
o Max Age: 50 Years
o Education: Middle School.
o Requirements: Relevant driving experience and 6/6
eyesight.

Domicile
Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Punjab Domicile to be
eligible for these positions.
·
Application
Submission: Candidates must use the prescribed
'Application Form'. Incomplete applications or those received after the
deadline will not be entertained.

Required
Documents: Applicants must attach attested photocopies of
their CNIC, Educational
Certificates, Domicile Certificate, Experience Certificates, and three (03) passport-size
photographs.
·
Government
Employees: Candidates already serving in government or
semi-government organizations must apply through the Proper Channel with
departmental permission (NOC).
·
Envelope
Marking: It is mandatory to write the Name of the Post clearly
on the top right corner of the envelope.
·
Multiple
Applications: If a candidate wishes to apply for
more than one post, a separate
application form and complete set of documents must be submitted for each
post.
·
Age Relaxation: Any age relaxation as per government policy is already included in
the maximum age limit mentioned for each post.
·
Quota Policy: Quotas for disabled persons, women, minorities, and she-males will
be observed strictly as per Government of Punjab policy.
·
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates who fulfill the criteria and submit
complete applications will be called for a test or interview.
·
No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be admissible for
appearing in the test or interview.
·
Authority
Rights: The PPRA Authority reserves the right to
accept, reject, or cancel any application, post, or the entire recruitment
process at any stage.
