Sr. Position Required Qualification & Experience
1 Associate Director (IT & Database Management) – L3 Bachelor’s or equivalent (at least 16 years) in Computer Sciences, IT, Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field. Minimum 6 years (for 16 years qualification) OR 4 years (for 18 years qualification) relevant experience. Experience in data management, automation, database administration, and system integration is required. Maximum Age: 55 years.
2 Associate Director (Policy, Planning & Research) – L3 Bachelor’s or equivalent (at least 16 years) in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or relevant field. Minimum 6 years (for 16 years qualification) OR 4 years (for 18 years qualification) professional experience. Skills in economic research, analysis, development economics, and policy planning required. Maximum Age: 55 years.
3 Associate Director (Secretariat) – L3 Bachelor’s or equivalent (16 years education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Governance, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field. Minimum 6 years (for 16 years qualification) OR 4 years (for 18 years qualification) experience in executive coordination, office management, corporate communication, and secretariat operations. Maximum Age: 55 years.
4 Assistant Manager – L4 Bachelor’s or equivalent (16 years education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Management Sciences, or relevant field. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in administration, event management, logistics, record management, and coordination. Maximum Age: 40 years.
5 Senior Executive Assistant – L3 Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years relevant experience. Strong administrative, secretarial, and coordination skills required. Experience with public/private organizations will be preferred. Maximum Age: 55 years.
6 Driver (2 Positions) Minimum education: Middle/Matric preferred. Valid driving license required. 5 years of relevant experience. Maximum Age: 50 years.
