            is looking for Dyeing In Charge for Towel from Karachi.

Dyeing In-Charge - Towel

The Dyeing In-Charge (Towel) will oversee daily towel dyeing operations, ensure shade accuracy, maintain production quality, and lead the dyeing team to achieve production targets. The role includes monitoring dyeing processes, solving technical issues, coordinating with production and quality teams, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely towel dyeing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferably in Wet Processing).
• 8-10 years of experience in towel dyeing operations (industrial plant).
• Strong knowledge of dyes, chemicals, and dyeing machinery (Jigger/Soft Flow/Jets).
• Good understanding of shade matching, dyeing parameters, and process control.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Candidates from Karachi, Pakistan will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all dyeing operations for the towel production line.
• Ensure correct recipe formulation, shade matching, and color consistency.
• Monitor dyeing processes, machine calibration, temperature control, and chemical dosing.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Finishing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain daily production reports and ensure optimum machine utilization.
• Troubleshoot dyeing faults and take corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of dyes and chemicals.
• Lead and supervise dyeing operators and helpers.
• Ensure compliance with factory safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in towel dyeing and wet processing
• Good shade matching and color accuracy
• Knowledge of dyes, chemicals & dyeing machines
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Team leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
