CAREER OPPORTUNITIES POWER PLANNING & MONITORING COMPANY (PPMC) ISLAMABAD

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) is a subsidiary of CPPA-G. PPMC is looking for bright, dynamic, and committed professionals to fill the following positions from the eight positions, who can perform the tasks assigned to the Company. The last 02 months tenure of service for all positions will be at the Director (Finance) level. The last date for the submission of applications is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Candidates meeting the required basic qualifications and experience (as detailed below) should apply.

Positions Available:

1.Team Lead (Corporate Affairs)

   Basic Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law.

   Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant and analytical/compliance experience in power system           designing, standards, documentation, and material inspection. 

2.Team Lead (Regulatory Affairs) 

    Basic Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (16 years/4 years). 

    Experience: Minimum 10 years in Regulatory Affairs/Legal matters related to Power Sector.

3.Team Lead (Land Records) 

    Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline from an HEC recognized institution. 

    Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably within the energy sector or a multinational organization. 

4.Specialist (Finance) 

   Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's (preferably Master's) degree in Accounting or Finance.          

   Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 03 years in Finance/Accounts/Audit/Taxation. 

5.Specialist (Commercial)

   Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's/MBA or a member of a professional body of accountants, or     MBA/Finance/or Master's degree in Finance/Commerce or related fields. 

   Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a reputable national/international   organization. Experience working with banking sector is preferred. 

6.Specialist (Planning-System)

   Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's (preferably Master's) degree in Electrical/Electronic Engg., Mechanical Engineering, Public Policy, Economics, International Relations. 

   Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in the power sector, with exposure to strategic policy or reform. 

7.Specialist (Environmental Compliance) 

   Qualification: Bachelor's degree (required), Master's preferred in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Social Sciences, or Environmental Science. 

   Experience: Minimum 05 years of professional experience in Environmental Laws/Regulations. |

8.Specialist (Financial Planning) 

   Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's (preferably Master's) degree in Finance/Commerce or related fields or MBA/Finance/or Master's degree in Finance/Commerce or related fields (at least 16 years) from HEC recognized/affiliated institute/university. 

   Experience: Minimum 05 years of professional experience in Planning/Budgeting/Financial Modeling. Experience working with banking sector will be an advantage. 

9.Specialist (Audit) 

   Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's (preferably Master's) degree in Accounting or Finance. 

   Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant professional experience in Audit/Accounts/Finance in a reputable national/international organization. Experience working with banking sector is an advantage. 

10.Specialist (Contract Management) 

    Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 

    Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in Contract Management in power sector/EPC projects. 

11.Specialist (Data Science/IT) 

    Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, and AI/Engineering from an HEC recognized institution. 

    Experience: Minimum 05 years in data warehousing (data analytics), data governance, or related fields in a reputable national/international organization. |

12.Specialist (Power System Modeling) 

     Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

     Experience: Minimum 05 years in Power System Planning/Transmission/Distribution/Load Flow/System Stability/Energy Systems from a reputable national/international organization. 

13.Specialist (HR) 

    Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration/Business Administration. 

     Experience: Minimum 03 years of communications experience in a reputable national/international organization. 

14.Specialist (Corporate Communications) 

    Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communications / Public Relations / Media Studies / Journalism / Marketing. 

    Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a reputable national/international organization. 

15.Specialist (Graphic Design) 

    Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design / Mass Communication / Visual Design or any related field from HEC recognized or affiliated institute or university. 

    Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a reputable national/international organization. 

16.Assistant Specialist (Finance) 

     Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's (preferably Master's) degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics Engineering / P&A Management. 

     Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts/Audit/Taxation. 

17.Assistant Specialist (Admin) 

     Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration/Public Administration/HR from an HEC recognized university. 

     Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in a reputable national/international organization.
