Instructions for Vacancy No 7,8,9and 45

1. Vacancy⏬▾ number 7, 9, 8 and 45 will be filled on local basis so candidates having domicile of Islamabad Rawalpindi and Karachi division areas will be eligible to apply. 
2. Interested candidates for these posts can write their application on a plain paper and submit it in person to the following address by 02 April 2023.

Required Documents 

Applicants must attach the following food 

certificate along with their application.

4. 2 passport size photo

6. Father's Death Certificate 
7. Marriage Certificate (For Married)

 Children of Pakistan Navy Retired Servicemen (Uniform Civilian Staff) who have applied for Vacancy No. 7, 8 and 9 are directed to submit the following documents to the concerned recruitment office by 02 April 2023. 

A. For Retired: Attested copy of discharge slip / certificate 

B. Authorization letter issued by concerned department for present service

Preliminary Examination by Computer: 

• The concerned center will notify the preliminary examination date through SMS. 
• All the registered candidates will undergo computer based test of intelligence and required educational qualification of the posts. 
• Preliminary examination of PNR&SCS Khuzdar will be held at Quetta center and Muzaffarabad at Rawalpindi center. However, all the rest will be done by the concerned center itself. 
• The registered candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue for preliminary examination by the respective recruitment office through Pakistan Navy website www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk. 
• All candidates should bring their National Identity Card and registration slip with date, time and venue printed on it and appear for the examination. 
• Without the registration slip, they will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

Declaration of Preliminary Exam Result: 

After the preliminary examination, the list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed in the concerned recruitment office.

Medical Examination: 

Medical examination of short-term candidates will be conducted at the recruitment offices as per the schedule. The information of which can be obtained from the concerned recruitment office.

 Personality test 

Candidates who are declared fit in the medical examination will be interviewed in the respective recruitment office as per the schedule. 

Practical Examination Trade Test / Interview 

There are practical impact test and interview notification will be provided by recruitment offices through SMS telephone/letter.

The final Selection 

It will be based on merit and quota at Naval Headquarters.

Relaxation in upper age limit: 

• There is a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for all posts by the federal government. Except for Vacancy No. 43 (Police Constable). 
• For ex-servicemen, age relaxation will be given according to the service in the army, but the age relaxation will not exceed 15 years. 
• Two candidates of BBS 1 to 15 belonging to Buddhist Shade Wild Caste, Azad Kashmir Recognized Tribal Areas, Northern Areas Sindh Rural and Balochistan will be given relaxation of 3 years in age limit. 
• For widows/sons/daughters of government employees who died during service, an additional 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit will be given.
• Candidates who are already government employees and have completed at least 2 years of service, will be given a relaxation of 10 years in the age limit. However, the discount will be applicable as per the service. 
• Age relaxation of maximum 10 years will be given to disabled persons.

Miscellaneous Terms Instructions:

1.  Candidates belonging to post number 41, 40, 33 and 44 should have driving license valid till 30 October 2023. 
2. Persons with Disabilities can apply for Vacancy No. 13. Eligible candidates should submit their Disability Certificate dated 02 April 2023 to the concerned recruitment office. 
3. Any such application received later will not be entertained. 4 Selected candidates will be posted in Coastal Area Karachi or Islamabad. But can be posted anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of service. 
4. You will have to arrange your own accommodation and food at the place of deployment. 
5. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for test interview and medical etc.
6. The institution reserves the right to cancel any or all posts or change their number without assigning any reason. 
7. Candidates who are already government employees should apply through their department.

Disqualification (for all posts) 

1. Removed from any government employment or military training 
2. Convicted by court for moral offences 
3. Rejected by Armed Forces Central Medical Board or any Medical Board 
4. Persons with dual citizenship 
5. Candidates whose educational credentials are found to be fake and are guilty of misrepresentation in providing information.

Note: 

1. Mobile phones will not be allowed to be carried inside the examination centers. 
2. Candidates applying for more than one post will have to register separately for each post/category and appear for each post.
3.  Candidates must bring National Identity Card, Education Certificate and Registration Slip along with them on the day of examination. 
4. Without it, you will not be allowed to appear in the exam.
