Scholarships for the year 21-2020 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Employees Welfare Fund and Group Insurance Trust

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Employees Welfare Fund Trust (Journal) Government of Azad Kashmir Government, Semi-Government / Autonomous Institutions Corporations High Service Present, Retired due to Disability Applications are required on the proposed application scholarship form for payment of scholarships for the academic year 22-2021 to the children studying in the upper classes.

1-Eligibility

Journal and its employees can apply for the stipend of only 03 children who have passed 5th to upper classes including technical and religious classes (Quran memorization) examination with at least 600 marks and enrolled in finger class. I am studying. Professional class students who have obtained 500 marks can apply. Provided that they have obtained 60 or more marks in Fsc/Matriculation 

2-Method

All the employees should get the applications for the scholarships of their students approved by the head of the educational institution on the proposed application form through the head of their department. Submit to non-journal).The application must be accompanied by attested and certified copies of the following certificates.

Required Documents

1-Student ID card.
2-Copy of B form.
3-Copy of Student / Student's Father / Head Identity Card.
4-Certified copy of computerized salary slip of present service employees for December 2020.
5- In addition to the copy of the academic year 2021 regarding the result issued by the board university, the students studying under the semester system should be included respectively.
6-The result obtained from Net will not be acceptable unless it is signed by the head of the institution.
7-Students studying in private educational institutions should join the board of relevant educational institutions from the university and add the certificate registration 22-2021.

The proposed application form can be obtained from the signature office of Muzaffarabad except all the district offices of High Beyond (non-journal) for a fee of Rs 20 per form.

(Note)

1-Applications which are not accompanied by certified copies of the required academic certificate and certification of the head of the educational institution and the head of the department will be considered incomplete and will be rejected accordingly. And there will be no separate correspondence in this regard.
2-All applications will be received by hand or by post till 2022-03-15 in the office of the student and all the district offices in the welfare fund (non-journal). Requests received late will be considered rejected and the excuse of delay in the postal system will not be accepted.
