ETC HEC will proceed as followings SOP:
- Once the positions will be advertised portal will be opened by HEC ETC as per schedule given in the advertisement.
- Test date will be announced after the closing date of applications portal.
- ETC-HEC will conduct the tests & announce the result & same shall be sent to candidates electronically/by email.

- 2. In case of difficulty during online registration, visit onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk or download the user manual available at http://etc.hec.gov.pk.
- Only online submitted applications will be considered for Test and applications in save or incomplete mode will not be entertained.
- Applicants are required to send a copy of fee Deposit Slip/ATM/ Online transfer through courier at the address; Member's House, HEC Sector H-8, Islamabad on or before the last date of registration.
- Please mention your CNIC number at the backside of the Deposit Slip and the test Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All posts of LDCs in a district will be filled on combine merit system, as such no separate application is required to be filled. However, interested candidates should apply separately for the post of Stenographer.
- The candidates already serving in Govt. will be bound to submit original NOC in case of appointment.
- No person can apply for the post of LDC of another district.
- If found such a case, the candidature of the candidate will be canceled. Attested copies of documents will be requisitioned in case of qualifying the initial screening test.
- Age relaxation will be given as admissible under GB Chief Court Rules 2020.
- Any influence for selection will lead to disqualification for the post applied for.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- Third party interference will disqualify the candidate.
- Decision of the authority will be final.
- No appeal/review/petition will be considered, filed by the disqualified candidates.
- Date of test and allocation of center will be announced by the HEC/ETC after closing date of online registration as per their convenience schedule.
- 17. Only qualified candidates will be called for interview through letter. 18. One post of Stenographer (BPS-16) is reserved for female as 10% quota and five posts for general.
- Two posts of LDC (BPS-11) are reserved for female as 10% quota from overall Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Disable quota is already availed.
- The requisition for filling of the posts of Stenographer (BPS-16),already submitted to FPSC vide this Court/ office letter No.CC.E-6/2021 dated 14th June, 2021 is hereby withdrawn.
