Scholarship For M.Phl and P.HD In Primary & Secondary HealthCare Department.

• Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases Program, Primary & Secondary Health Care Department, Government of the Punjab is providing opportunity to enhance scope of research related to NCDs for students.
• Applications are invited from students enrolled in the M.Phil. & Ph.D. Programs in medical disciplines at any Higher Education Commission (HEC) approved universities and degree awarding institutions within the Punjab Province.

The Scholarships are categorized as:

Eligibility Criteria: 

1. Punjab Domicile
2. Enrolled student of M.Phil. or Ph.D.
3. Institute/ University must be in Punjab Province: NOC of study leave
4. Must be full time student. In case of govt. employee, provide 5. Must not be receiving any other scholarship
6. Must have completed at least 1 semester of their course work 

7. Proposal must be related to NCDs (Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases, Chronic Respiratory Diseases, Oral Cancer, Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer)

How to Apply:

The applicants must submit

• Application (on prescribed format available online).
• Cover Letter (highlighting the significance & relevancy of research).
• Approved Research Proposal with detailed work plan, specified objectives and methodology Educational certificates (including recent semester completion transcript).
• Copy of National Identity Card. 
• 02 Passport size pictures.

Complete applications must be received at NCDS Program Office, 1st Floor, Directorate General Health Services, 24-Cooper Road Lahore. Last date for submission of application is 28th February 2022 before 5.00pm.
