Domicile, Diploma Certificates Educational Documents and Experience Certificates if any.

2. Their Services shall stand terminated automatically after expiry of Six (06) Month' 180 days.

3. They will not claim services regularization in any Court of Law.

4. Monthly reniuneralion of vaccinators Rs. 30.000/- Rupee per month.
