INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:

Observance of General Instructions:

In all cases eligibility of the candidates shall be determined as per Commission's policy laid down generally

Instructions displayed at FPSC's Website.

Candidates are advised to travel through the said Instructions to

Update before applying.

1.Procedure to apply:

(i) All applications must be submitted their applications online through FPSC's website fpsc.gov.pk.

(ii) Candidates may edit online applications just one occasion within the last so as to rectify any error

etc.

(iii) Information claimed in on-line form are going to be treated as final. (iv) Subsequent claims of experience, earlier not given in on-line form, are considered afterthought and an effort

to become eligible. Such subsequent claims shall not be accepted.

(v) Detailed guidelines to use online are available on the website.

(vi) No hardcopy of online is required from the applicants.

(vii) Those applicant who do not have access to internet facilities are allowed to submit their applications on addressed to Secretary FPS on plain paper giving detailed particular within the light of prescribed condition for the post applied for, intimating difficulties in submission of online applications

Such applications are going to be accepted subject to approval of the Commission.

2.Application Fee:

(i) the speed of fee for various posts is:- BS-16 to 17 Rs. 300/-; BS 18- Rs. 750/-; BS-19= Rs. 1200/-; BS-20

and above Rs. 1500/

(ii) The fee could also be deposited on or before the deadline within the nearest Government treasury or during a branch of

NBP or during a State treasury authorized to transact busines on behalf of state

under head Bank draft/

Postal Order is not acceptable.

(iii) Original T.R could also be preserved and provided to the supervisory staff at the time of test/ examination at the

Center given in Admission Certificates. Photocopy or Bank Scroll is not acceptable.

(iv) T.R might not be sent to FPSC beforehand but provided at the time of test exam or when asked for.

3.Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

Maximum regulation as prescribed under the Recruitment Rules shall be relaxed in pursuance of initial

Civil Posts (Relaxation of Uper Age Limit) Rules, 93 (as amended from time to time). The details is given at pra6 of Instructions available at FPS website.fpsc.gov.pk

4.Shortlisting criteria for interview:

Documents required from the candidates:

(i) After the exam, on the idea of results, the candidates who are on higher merit positions in respective quota would be acopies of requisite documents viz: two photographs, Matric, Intermediate certificates, Bachelor's, Master's, M.Phil, Ph.D Degrees, NIC, Experience Certificate showing nature of detaile jobs description issued by an authorized officer of the Ministry/Department concerned, Domicile Certificate also as Original TR within 15 days of the Notice from FPSC by post, SMS.

(ii)

Wherever an equivalence of the specified degree is to be claimed by a candidate, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC could also be furnished to FPSC to authenticate the claim.

(iii)

Experience from Firms/ Companies/ Institutions/ Organizations/ Banks/ NGOs etc.. are going to be accepted if these are documented nationally or internationally, have appropriately been registered/ incorporated with concerned government department for doing business, maintain office and have proper Reference num where required.

(iv)

The candidates who fail to furnish the requisite documents within stipulated time or furnish incorrect/incomplete information, their candidature shall be susceptible to rejection. Therefore, they're advised to stay their documents ready for submission to FPSC by the maturity .

(v)

From requisition of document it should not be presumed that the candidate has shortlisted for as his/her eligibilE is to be determined in view of documents merit position. interview Eligibility of the candidates altogether respects shall be reckoned upto the deadline

Admission Certificate:

Admission Certificate for Screening/ Descriptive Test for the respective posts are going to be placed on the web site of FPSC i.e. www.fpsc.gov.pk on 15th July, 2021. Candidates are advised to visit FPSC website for NEXT updates. They will be intimated through SMS. However, no information during this regard shall be sent

through post.

Conduct of Test:

(i)

It will be advised the candidates to bring original NIC, Treasury Receipt and downloaded copy of Admission Certificate at the time of Written Test.

(ii)

Without original Treasury Receipt candidates wouldn't be allowed entry within the Examination Hall. Photocopy of T.R/ Bank Scroll wouldn't be accepted. Candidates are advised to preserve the first T.R so on avoid any inconvenience at the time of entry within the Examination Halls.

(iii)

Test/ Examination for Consolidated Advt. No. 4/2021 will tentatively be held from 1 August, 2021 onwards. Such tests/ Examination can however be conducted earlier also just in case of limited number of candidates.

Change of exam hall: Candidates are allow to avail facility for change of Examination Centre, only through on

line request upto 30-6-2021.

Closing Date for submission of applications is Monday, 21" June, 2021.
